Ingredients2 lemons, sliced1 whole garlic bulb, cloves peeled1 large piece fresh ginger, sliced3–4 cinnamon sticks2 cups raw honeyInstructionsWash the lemons and ginger well.Slice the lemons and ginger into thin rounds.Peel the garlic cloves.In a clean glass jar, layer the lemon slices, garlic, ginger, and cinnamon sticks.Pour the honey over everything until fully covered.Close the jar tightly and let it sit for 24–48 hours before using.Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.How to UseTake 1 tablespoon daily.You can also mix a spoonful into warm water or tea.NotesThis mixture is popular as a homemade wellness tonic because the ingredients contain antioxidants and strong flavors often associated with soothing colds or sore throats.
