Remove and set aside.In the same pot, add the chicken pieces and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.Add the onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic. Cook for 4–5 minutes until softened.Stir in the Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.Return the sausage to the pot. Add the white beans, green chiles, and chicken broth.
